Do you have hotel blocks available?

Yes. Hotel blocks have been reserved at the Embassy Suites in the Woodlands. The hotel is 35 minutes from the venue and is on the Woodlands Waterway, providing many shops, restaurants, and activities to do close by. Please book by Oct 10 if you are needing a room.

I don't want to stay at the Embassy Suites. Are there other options?

Sure! There are a number of AirB&B rentals in Conroe/Montgomery and around Lake Conroe. Some other options might include: Fairfield Inn and Suites in Conroe, Holiday Inn Express and Suites in the Woodlands, or the Hyatt Regency Conroe. Please stay where you feel comfortable.

Your venue appears to be outdoors. What should we wear?

Semi-formal attire with appropriate outerwear for the weather that evening. Ladies may want to stick to block heels or wedges since there are some dirt paths you will be walking.

Is there a bad weather plan?

Clear umbrellas will be provided for the ceremony (if needed). The reception can be inside an enclosed clear tent to protect from major elements

Are children invited?

As much as we'd love to invite all of our friends' children, we can only include immediate family's children and wedding party.
